Welcome to your new home! You have probably selected Sea Colony for the same reasons most of us have: A hidden paradise along scenic A1A, our beautiful beach pool area, and well maintained properties.

We understand purchasing a new home brings a lot of confusion with the closing, paper work, moving, and finding information about your new community. That is why we have provided this website to assist you in settling in. PET OWNERS: Sea Colony is a take home community, you must bag your dog waste and dispose of it at your residence.

If you have questions about Sea Colony Palm Coast, please contact the homeowners association (HOA) at 386-445-5838.
