Two Weeks prior to lease start date the property owner or company should send in the following documents and signed forms.

• A contract for lease that is provided by the rental company or owner.

• Copies of renter's vehicle registration/s and front of valid Driver License/s required in office with application.(Provided by rental company or delivered to the office.)

• A signed Application

• A signed Rules We Live By

• A signed Rules For Rentals

If lease is less than 6 Months, the renter will receive their parking pass at the guard house. More than 6 Months, renter needs to visit clubhouse office for a sticker.

All applicable forms for your needs must be signed and submitted to the office. Monday-Friday: 9am-2pm at 2 Sea Colony Dr. The Sea Colony Clubhouse.

 

Purchasers needs only send in the 

• Residential Contract For Sale (Provided by seller or agent.)

• It is the new owners responability to review the community rules and laws.
